It's been a busy few months at Riggs Park Place and vertical construction is underway! Only 9 homes remain for sale, including the final Corcoran model. Check out the latest construction updates and neighborhood news below. 

Construction Update 

Excitement is in the air with the start of vertical construction! The first building is in framing up to the second level. Concrete foundations are underway in the next building—the foundation walls are expected to be completed this week with plumbing groundworks installations beginning next week.

Land development also continues onsite with continued work on underground utilities including water and sewer. And the site is now ready to receive power to the community. A new street entrance has been cut and base paving is expected to begin the end of October. 

Neighborhood News & Events

EYA is proud to support The Parks Main Street's upcoming event, Art All Night, taking place Friday, September 24th from 7pm - 11pm in the Riggs Park and Manor Park neighborhoods. Art All Night showcases visual and performing artists while supporting local businesses. Public and private spaces throughout the business district will be transformed into pop-up galleries and performance stages for a fun evening enjoying local arts. Click here to learn more.
